How are your fees structured?  How much do you charge ?

The best way to determine what our services will cost you is to give us a call and discuss your
needs with us.  Only after we have a clear understanding of what you require will we be able to
offer you a price range for the service options available to you.

In a general sense, let us assure you that our fees are in a modest  to moderate range as
compared to U.S. consultants on the East and West Coasts.   We are more concerned
about our ability to be selective about the type of work we do and the clients we choose
to serve than we are about keeping up with the rate trends of other consulting firms.

The cost of our services varies according to the needs of our clients.  The larger the contract
with us the more economical to your company, on an hour-for-hour basis, and the more
value received.  Understandably, larger projects allow for more negotiating room.  Small
assignments and brief engagements are usually charged on an hourly or per diem rate
rather than on a project basis.  Costs are also determined by factors such as travel,
coordination of our services with the services of other consultants or trainers a client
may be using, research requirements for the project, time factors such as "rush" deadlines,
number of employee participants, customization of training, whether or not a training module
is repeated, planning time spent with leaders or decision-makers, written translations
needed, on so on.  All of these factors and more are considered when we are negotiating
a new project agreement with a company.

Do you provide services directly to our Spanish-speaking employees ?

Yes.  We are often called upon to facilitate or assist with meetings, conduct group interviews,
provide individual or small group coaching, or present stand-up training with monolingual,
Spanish-speaking employees and clients.  We have worked with all socioeconomic and
educational levels of Hispanic employees, from illiterate laborers to chief executives, here
and in Latin America.  And we are familiar with the national linguistic accents from all parts
of Latin America.  While we don't know  the jargon for each occupation or the slang for each
region in Latin America, we are able to use Spanish proficiently in order to accomplish what
your company needs to get the job done.

Will you provide services outside your area, outside California,
    or the United States ?

Yes.  We frequently travel outside of our immediate region in North Bay and Sacramento Valley, California.  We are willing to travel throughout California and the West Coast.  Travel outside
the United States is welcomed.  Managers doing business in Latin America may need our
assistance with start-up recruitment, training new staff,  meeting with clients or partners,
and adapting to the Latin American culture.

Can you provide client references ?

Upon request, we will provide you with a sample list of companies that have used our  services.
If you wish,  we will also provide you with the names and phone numbers of three client
contacts, hopefully in your industry, who are willing to speak with you.  In addition, please
take a look at what some of our clients have to say.

What industries do you work with the most ?

Since we distinguish ourselves from most other consultants by our bilingual and cross-cultural
skills, we most frequently work in industries that sell products in Latin America or who employ
a large percentage of Hispanic employees.  Thus, the many of our client companies are in
agriculture,  manufacturing, restaurants, and some service industries such as janitorial and landscaping.  We have worked with a variety of nonprofit entities doing board development
and general organizational development. Other industries we have worked with are
health care,  transportation, and retail sales.  We have ample experience with city and
county governments.  We have also worked with state government employee training programs.

    When are you available ?

Like any consulting firm, we have busy periods and slower periods.  If good fortune causes
you to call us during a slower period, we readily available and you will be pleased to be offered
several convenient scheduling options.

If we happen to be in a busy period, which is hard for us to predict, you will need to schedule
time with us several weeks or sometimes months in advance, especially if you are needing
many hours of our time.

In terms of brief consultations, especially telephone consultations,  we can work you into
our schedule nearly anytime.
