consultant and facilitator for all aspects of organizational
development that deal with human resources and organizational
structure. Whether you need a meeting facilitated, a partnership
established, a business strategy planned, an executive team developed or
to have a personnel conflict resolved, you can rely on her judgment and

not in alignment with the capacity of your human resources. When you

contributions to your company, you can be assured that Trula will
identify and implement the right means to bring out the best in them and
develop their skills.

background in many areas of multicultural communication, organizational
behavior, business relations and business planning, leadership
development, and conflict mediation.
- Multicultural organizations are her
specialty. She has worked with many different ethnic and cultural
groups including immigrants from Asia, Europe, South America, and the
Far East.
- Trula has worked as a
consultant for small and large companies, local and
international, start-ups and well-known brand names. While she is
extraordinarily
versatile, she is most concerned that each company receives the
assistance needed from a consultant who is a good "fit." With this in mind, she
will not accept any and all contracts. Instead, she will refer you to a
colleague or other resource if her ethics dictate that she should not
accept your assignment.
