  • She has a solid, experiential background in many areas of  multicultural communication, organizational behavior,  business relations and business planning, leadership development, and conflict mediation.

  • Multicultural organizations are her specialty.  She has worked with many different ethnic and cultural groups including immigrants from Asia, Europe, South America, and the Far East.

  • Trula has worked as a consultant for small and large companies, local and international, start-ups and well-known brand names.  While she is extraordinarily versatile, she is most concerned that each company receives the assistance needed from a consultant who is a good "fit."  With this in mind, she will not accept any and all contracts.  Instead, she will refer you to a colleague or other resource if her ethics dictate that she should not accept your assignment.
