developed or to have a personnel conflict resolved, you can rely on

structure and processes are not in alignment with the capacity of your
human resources. When you have valued employees who have potential
for making even better contributions to your company, you can be
assured that Trula will identify and implement the right means to
bring out the best in them and develop their skills.

areas of multicultural communication, organizational behavior,
business relations and business planning, leadership development,
and conflict mediation.

colleague or other resource if her ethics dictate that she should
not accept your assignment.

has learned as a second language. She
has a broad knowledge of Hispanic cultures, gained from cultural
studies
and her many years of personal interactions--both professional and

continues to add
a new Latin American country to her travels. She has presented
lectures at
professional conferences in Mexico, Argentina, Panama, and
Columbia.

services for Hispanic
employees in the Spanish language.
