Responsibilities included negotiating agreements with constitutional officers, testifying before the legislature, preparing executive orders, contract management, planning, staffing, organizing, directing, and controlling program development. Responsible for the complete development of this organization from inception to the development into a nationally recognized 501.c (3) Non-profit organization. Conduct research, surveys, and development of outdoor recreation programs; maintaining communication with legislative and organizational leaders in the resources field, especially as they pertain to outdoor recreation.
